We're planning a Spring drive from the Alabama Gulf Coast to see lilacs at the closest place we can find. Do they grow in your botanical garden? If so, do you have an estimate of their 2019 blooming time?

Yes there are lilacs, and normal peak bloom is this month and into next month a little
