That's a great question we've been living here in Oregon only for a few months so Fred Meyers is new to us but we only get the emails from Fred Meyers here in Oregon not from out of States or other states but I do believe if you contact customer service they will fix it or on your next trip into your local Fred Meyers just let them know and they should be able to fix it right then and there good luck
