Hello Blanche, our current nightly rate is $40 per night and our monthly rate is $850 per month. Pets and additional occupants and/or vehicles are subject to additional charge.

Sorry, at the moment we are a monthly park only and are currently full.

I'm not the manager my bf lives there. This is a long term stay and there's no vacancies from what I know. There is how ever a travel village right off the 5 and 126. I think they charge $50 a night but you should call travel village
