Your best bet if you are flexible on timing is to stop by and fill out an application or call 661-888-4272 to discuss your particular needs. Dry camping is pretty much always available and can be a great way to get in position to grab a hook up spot if and when one becomes available that is suitable for you. To check availability and provide pricing, we need to know a few more specifics. RV or tent? If it's an RV, how large is it, how many amps, how many slide outs? Full hookups or dry? If you want full hookups, I'm sorry to say that those are almost always sold out, dry camping on the other hand is always available. The basic starting price is 850.00 30 Amp 1-2 PEOPLE on approved application. This price is for Electric, sewer,water,and trash.

We don't do weekly rates, 30 amp is $850/ mo while 50 amp is $900/ mo for up to 2 people. Sorry, no military discount due to such limited availability. Paul is correct, full hookup at this time is usually full and you will want to call first. We do have an abundance of dry camping i.e. boondocking!

Hello, unfortunately I only stop to buy ice ... Owner was on a supply run ... The gentleman holding down the Fort, sold me ice and I was on my way. I can tell you this there were plenty of open sites so getting in should not be a problem. 👍

Thanks for your question- if you mean dry camping spots, definitely yes. If you mean full hookup spots, technically there are a few but they are all occupied long term at this time.

There is cell reception. Some carriers are better than others, Sprint and AT&T seem to work well, but I can't truthfully call it "good," it is still patchy in certain spots. We have noticed that as soon as you go past us going east on Soledad, there is pretty much no reception at all, so we are fortunate to be able to pick it up most of the time over most of our park.

Hello Debbie, our current monthly rate is $850 per month, subject to approval and possibly additional charges depending on pets, number of occupants, and number of vehicles. We do offer a limited number of full time spots, but none are currently available. Per LA County regulation, there is maximum limit of 90 consecutive days during any 6-month period on the remaining spaces.
