You cannot make a reservation and the wait can be 2+ hours during busy times. Often we will put our name in and then go across the way to Claim Jumper's bar for a few drinks and hang out while we wait. Makes for a nice evening.

You can only make the reservation in person. Although you can walk around the mall as they text you when ur table is ready.
