My ticket was purchased on line. However, the icon that is on the ticket did not print out. Usually that is what verifies the ticket.

They can scan the QR code or if you bring proof of purchase to the ticket booth they can issue you the tickets.

We brought our confirmation email to the box office and the code was scanned with no problem.

They just need to scan the QR code from the email. They can do it from your phone.
