I ordered a Maverick eight months ago. The order process was simple. My salesman Oscar kept in touch throughout the process and gave me updates when the order was in production, built, shipped and delivered. There was no dealer markup and no high pressure sales in the finance office. They were very pleasant to work with.

If the hydraulics can be serviced a technician can do it. If the parts are not available from Ford they may be available from aftermarket companies. Lastly a specialty shop could rebuild the hydraulic unit. You won't know until you have it checked out.
Social distancing, wearing a mask by everybody is mandatory, service consultants are behind plexi. Complimentary hand disinfectants are present.
No not at this time. They just built a new dealership next door but Ford is staying put
