With that many people gathering around the arena, I wouldn't bring a dog there unless you are not going to an event.

Thank you everyone. its all outside so i guess it would make it ok? Just trying to go there for the Ducks Throwback Classic event and figured since its all outside i could bring my dog. Thanks again y'all!

It is mostly hard landscaped. Call ahead to see if they have a "doggy park" somewhere. Didn't see one though.
Its dog accesible in certain areas of the honda center
