We arrived Sunday after church it was an hour wait outside and then 45-minute wait inside at table. They were not taking reservations ahead over the phone
First come first serve
I'm pretty sure it first come first served. I've been twice, both times on a Friday late morning. The wait is not very long. Might be longer on other days and times. But it is worth every minute.
