Dr. Balikian and his staff( Shirley & Erin) were definitely worth the wait ! It’s no wonder why I waited 4 months for a consultation- they’re clearly THAT good! The entire process was simple. I wanted a neck / face lift . Check in was easy & pleasant ( not stuffy at all). I was brought into the consultation room where Erin provided a brief description of their office and Dr. Balikian’s services. I waited no more than 3 minutes and Dr. Balikian came in . He was great! He was kind , professional, and absolutely knows his speciality . After the evaluation and thorough deliberation we (mostly HE) concluded that I should return in 3- 5 years. Even if I was disappointed with his findings , I appreciated his honesty. He could have easily done a procedure ( & get paid) but he felt that I wasn’t ready yet. I booked an appointment for next year ( just in case he changes his mind) ! Thank you and continued success to you and your staff. It was a pleasure….AND I will be back!!!!!!
