I think it's safe for us to say that a find like that is quite rare, even for our store. We might have most of the materials for you to 'build' your own, but the USSR uniforms are certainly hard to come by.

Pretty sure that when I was there a few months ago, there was a a Russian flight suit on display, with mask, from the 80s for roughly $200. Lower priced military stuff from that era is everywhere there, but I'm not sure about "full" uniforms---you could probably fake it if it's for a costume. Again, not super cheap, but doable.
