Your staff doesn't ensure the 2 weight limit per member and turns a blind eye when male members remove their shirts to workout. They only say no gym intimidation but do not follow through

I give this planet fitness a 3 star. This is because i love the friendliness and helpful staff. Every time I i step in to this gym I get greeted. I also see the staff wiping and cleaning equipment and floor. My only concern for this facility is that lockers, showers and restroom. The restroom is disgusting and dirty looks like the type of clients that come here to this planet fitness don’t really clean after themselves and taking a shower for me is also a NO THANK YOU. I’m a black member here and if paying $15 or $20 dollars more for a better and clean restroom and showers where I can feel comfortable to use I will be changing.

I was so excited to join this Planet Fitness! My expectations fell short before I even got to sign up. I called 5/20/22 to see how I could sign up for a membership, the lady over the phone explained how I can sign up with the app or in person. I then asked which was easier and she explained how she would prefer me to come in person and there is no cut off times for sign up so i can come in whenever it was convenient 5/21/22 I go to sign up in person - they turn me away and say they can't help me and I have to use the app. Why am I getting mixed reviews???! And when explaining the situation to the girl at the front she has no response or explanation I showed up in my gym clothes ready to work out and not just download an app on my phone. I was ready to be a black card member I've never seen a gym or any establishment turn down a w illing and paying customer

Light years better than 24 Hour Fitness, the only complaint is how they limit access to the Black Card amenities area, most specifically the Water Massage Beds. You can only reserve for 5 minutes at a time, even when the place is lightly attended. The whole idea is to relax yet they want you to get out of bed after 5 minutes to get an additional FIVE MINUTES 🙄. Truly ridiculous.

You can pay any way possible. You must have an active telephone # to link your acct to. That is their #1 requirement. IDK why but it seems so basic maybe I'm trying to read between the lines when it's in BOLD CAPS right in front of my face. Very nice staff.
I have never used their tannin beds, otherwise my over all experience is 100% positive. I like this place, I would not go anyplace else.

It's a simple gym. For 10 dollars it's going to be crowded. You can always check it out yourself for free before you sign up.
Yes. The womens locker has 3 showers and one handicap and they do have lockers but you can't leave it there for long periods of time.

It's 10$ per person for no contract per month membership plus some yearly fees (I think it's around 20~ dollars charged when you sign up then every year around that time after). Yes, the one I'm burbank is very safe night and day.

No haircut, black card amenities are tanning and massage table. The shower and Locker situation is typical for a Planet Fitness, it's nice and spacious w showers.

They have two types of inscription: 1. White suit (basic) the monthly price is $ 10 includes use only of the gym that you register eg: if you enter the burbank gym you can only go there. nothing else is the use of all machines except massage and tanning. 2nd The black card that you pay $ 20 per month but you can enter any planet fitness in the United States plus the benefits are that you can occupy all the facilities including massage chairs (water and roller) and tanning rooms you can also take any friend @ to get free with you. I hope to have clarified your question you pay the registration 10 (white card) or 20 (black card) plus one more month, that is 20 if it is 10 or 40 if it is 20 I believe depending on the promotions. They also give you a shirt or shirt when you sign up, I think. (Question hehehe)
Your membership for the gym has to be paid through you credit card or bank account number and is deducted automatically on the eighteen of every money. If you are purchasing water, sport drinks or merchandise then you can pay cash.

There are no saunas, jacuzzis, and swimming pools at all of the Planet Fitness facilities. 24 Hour Fitness has those.
