Am i able to take a cat to shelter he was given to my daughter but i have 2 already and i can't have so many we live in a apartment complex and i will be evicted if i let him out

They make appointments to evaluate ur kitty if its friendly chances for adoption are good

Just go in there and give them to him if the cat is his aggressive and it's not faded the spaded and put it up for adoption but if it's spaded and it's not aggressive then they'll take it and put it up for adoption
