I'm just about done with guitar center. I would generally avoid this guitar center unless you really have no other options. Guitar center used to be great back in the day, when mega stores used to be awesome. But now it's mostly a bunch of 17 year olds working there who may be decent musicians but are not great with customer service. Don't get me wrong, I get it. Everything is like that now. But I love the mom n pop stores who give you great service. Very few of those places left. And I'm only in my 40s, not super old, but some of the young GC employees just don't know how to talk to people. They don't know how to answer questions. And don't bother trying to sell or trade in your old gear there either. They only want new gear in mint condition, so it's a waste of time for most people to take in your old stuff. They don't want it. Bottom line, find a good mom n pop store or otherwise just buy online. You'll be disappointed with the customer service here.

Bad customer service. Only 2 guys at front with an attitude. Try paying for something simple for my kid and a guy said he didn’t have time. Supposedly helping someone but with a bad attitude. Looks like they hate their job Also they were arguing each other in front of customers. 7/26/22@ 13:20

Took my daughter to the Canyon Springs Guitar Center store because she decided she wants to play acoustic guitar. We had no idea what we were looking for. Sage came into the acoustic room and helped us TREMENDOUSLY. He let her hold different guitars to see which one felt the most comfortable. He told us how to look for a quality instrument, and even taught her how to play a few things. Super nice guy! Thank you so much, Sage!

Still a good place to shop for all of your music needs. This store needs community support... There was talk of it closing but not sure now... I still remember the grand opening... Live band and an Elvis impersonator... It was great! Try this store 1st for all your live performance, DJ and recording as well as musical instruments and lessons.

That's a very general question, it really depends on what you are looking for, a beginners rig perhaps? I would either call these guys to ask what you are looking for or go in person. Just be prepared to have your mind blown if you have never been. I spend more than I intend every time I go!
Yes they buy back they equipment
I don't know, Nancy. I am a pianist. Don't know nothin bout strummin no gee-tars.
Moreno Valley guitar center. Justin is awesome!
Steve does most repairs, however he doesn't repair violins.
Yes
The best way to repair is to consult with the dealer or local agent for the brand. Repairs are generally required for replacing the corks and adjusting the valves
I do not know. Take it there, they are very helpful.
GC is always looking for talent with a passion for music and a desire to strive for excellence.
