Do they always sell rotten meat or was I just lucky enough to purchase 25$ worth of steak that tastes like rotten eggs? Ruined 100$ worth of groceries as I was making beef stew. Made my entire family sick. I will never come back here again.

So sorry you had a bad experience; definitely take it back with your receipt and get your money back. This also prevents another family from the same experience as it should prompt a good store to check other packages with the same "sell by" dates.

Winco meat, particularly beef, isn't high or even good quality in my experience. But if you return the meat with receipt, whether it's cooked or not, Winco will refund your money.
