Good drive-thru experience bad flavor of my drink management should probably have somebody check quality and flavor of the drinks they sell got a cup of mostly carbonated water too late to turn back already on the freeway customer inconvenience

I had an absolutely rude employee attend me. I had ordered online and was going to pick up my food. When I got there my food was there and they gave me my bag. I checked to make sure everything was in there. I saw that the sauces I had ordered weren't there nor were the drinks and fries. I asked a employee politely if they were able to hand me some sauce and the other food I had ordered. They said "yes one second" as if they were annoyed. I though they might have just been tired so didn't think much of it. I had waited for a couple of minutes and saw the employee helping another costumer. I asked if my food was ready and she rudely ignored me. She gave me my fries and didn't even bother to give me the rest I was extremely tired since I had been on a 5 hour drive so I didn't bother to wait around and left. This is the reason I give this place a 1 star review.

We had a long day of traveling. Stopping at this Taco Bell was the BEST decision of this travel. All of the employees were super friendly, and gave us our meal made fresh. Knowing how awesome this place is, I’d travel far just to come to this location for Taco Bell. Thank you so much!
