This place was not what I expected. It has a very cool and well built period town with all the shops you might find in one. A really cool science museum. Even though some of the science section was being worked on and inaccessible there was still plenty to see. Well worth the 10.00 admission.

This place was closed on the day we went but climbing the steps proved to be worth the fear of ending my smoke encrusted heart. The view would have been just ok or nice but the beautiful fall leaves were in full swing which made everything exceptional. I was shocked at the lack of graffiti and litter. Planning on going back for winter views, while vaping.

This was an interesting stop but I was a bit disappointed that there was more information about the history of the city and little information about him. We did not climb the steps to the burial place.

Nice place with lots of history, science museum for kids and adults. My favorite is the planetarium.

Admission: Adult – $10 Sr. Adult – $9 (age 60 and above) Children – $8 (ages 3-18) 2 years old and under – free There is a vending machine on site. You can also get some small treats in the gift shoppe.
The science portion of the museum has good interactive elements for toddlers -;our guys loved hitting the button to make the dinosaur roar. Most of the historical part is behind glass cases or a railing. There is an elevator, so a stroller works as well

There is a cost but, as Karley mentioned, the monument is free. We bought a ASTC pass (Association of science-technology centers) that got us in "free". This pass also gets you into places like COSI and other museums. It's worth checking out buy know there are some restrictions.
No. Still closed for winter.
