my dog sadie who is a patient at your clinic threw up a cherry pit and part of a cherry about 1/2 hour ago. I called to see if it was dangerous and she wanted to give me appt for thurs. Dog could be dead by then...I need answer now

Take Sadie to a 24hr vet hospital. Temecula & Lake aelsinore if she's in distress and you feel its an emergency, just Google and you'll be on your way. Here's hoping she'll be fine🙌🐶if she coughed it up, she should be fine?? should be ok

If you look it up online, you would find that the cherry pits contain cyanide which is poisonous to dogs, but only if they eat them in high quantities . One is not going to hurt them, besides that, if he threw up the Cherry pit then there should be no harm done. swallowing the Cherry itself is safe. :)

I would call CVS animal hospital they are 24 hours and they are very caring and helpful
