Tickets?
If your talking about parking in some areas, there is parking meters. But that is parking spaces in from of stores. There's also a parking garage and that's free. And for ticket movies Tuesdays and Sundays there like half off for regular movies
I'm not sure what you're referring to, but there are no fees to park or enter the shopping center.
