Auto shop review. Process was super easy! Staff was friendly. Waiting room was comfortable. Towards the end, received a video with my mechanic going over things he had done to the car. As well as receiving a written version of this report. Over all fantastic. They even washed my car before they gave it back to me. I was ecstatic!! Love Audi! The staff here is awesome. Kudos to everyone in the team.
