The indoor pool is really nice. You don't have to know how to swim to use the facilities. however there isnt an official life guard on staff but some of the employees know how and could save your life. They also have a hot tub or jacuzzi whatever you want to call it. But its a medium size indoor pool.
Well,it all depends upon the days and the hours , Saturday, Sunday and Monday, I the days I go, there's a swimming class for elderly people, 800 to 100 am.
I would only add that the pool is 25 meters.
