Reservations are recommended bit if you dont have them expect to wait
I just went to see the sunrise and ended up having breakfast here. It was delicious! I don't know if you can make a reservation. There are tables and benches where people wait, the wait in the morning was about an hour.

Depends on when you want to go. Sunset on the weekends, absolutely. Otherwise, if it's a smaller party you can usually just show up. PS, there is also a side bar area that is always available for small appetizers and drinks
