Kohl's prices are moderately priced ..their sales are great and their reward program is incredible plus their Kohl's cash rewards are super and can be used on anything!!!
Kohl's has really good sales & a "club" you can join free to get rewards & extra savings. I may not be the best judge of new, not on sale prices because I never buy anything new that's not on sale!
