If you want fresh fries order them without salt, then request salt on the side at the window
Fries are not fresh when sitting under the heat lamp too long
I have not encountered stale fries at any Mc Donald's. But if I do I would call that store and let them know or walk in and get my money back.
I think it's because. They make the fries to early. Then they sit under the heat lamp for hours. That's why they are stale.
