Lifeguards leave at sunset...you can still stay...but cops may come by and kick you out after the Sun Sets.
Its open 24/7. As long as you are within 25 feet of surf. Read maritime law relating to right of passage and shorelines. That tidel area can never have its access blocked. Park or no part.
