Take the S bus or the 120 Haulover. The bus drops you off at the entrance. Where on SoBe are you staying? I can tell you where to stand to catch bus there.
The bus is faster for go to Miami beach..you can take It in government center or stop bus...
From S. Beach take the bus marked S (aventura) 120 (AVENTURA) or 120 (haulover) all three will get u to Haulover Beavh
Uber/lift they are everywhere and can take u anywhere
I took the free trolley going North until the last stop. From there Uber for about 12 min. If not the bus :) but I had bad luck. They never showed !!
