Are drones allowed?

I've seen drones fly overhead while I'm at the beach so I assume so.

I think so, I do not see any sign saying no allowed, also I see some flow around

Ive flown some over the park and the shore. No one has said anything to me about it.

I have seen drones over the beach and park. In fact i have seen people controlling drones from the park. I've yet to see any signs saying its not allowed.
