Joes is not always open , the last day of the official season will be may 13th joes will reopen for a summer session until late july early aug , the hours for these months will differ then the regular season hours, i would suggest a quick phone call to joes to confirm whether may 15 will be feasible, as the last day of stone crab season is may 15 and of course you will want fresh crab to be available
