They say they do at times... what's considered off season. If a Single female even over 55 chances are NO you can't stay monthly. Couples dont like ya know what I mean🤔
Don't know we only stayed a couple days but a great oasis in the desert area

I'm pretty sure they do allow long term stays. You will need to call for rate and availability
