Rude so very rude went thru drive thru took 45 minutes to get thru line than we pulled over checked our order was wrong turned back around and went to the drive up explained our mis order end up being told they can't fix or exchange took 3 workers to tell ua and the customer service was not as good so its our fault for them getting our order wrong and we paid for it and there's no way to get our order right unless we re order and pay again ..this is from there GM who relied the message to us rude

I have not ate at Sonic in a while but today, I wanted a coney so I got my meal at the drive thru and went home for lunch. I opened the bag and was very dissatisfied. My tots looked a year old but I ate my coney anyway because it looked decent. Come on Sonic employees! We’re paying customers! It’s not like we have many options in this small town!

Horrible!! We stopped for breakfast for our long drive home and I asked for a super sonic burrito with no jalapeños and they put like 3 HANDFULS of jalapeños on it that I can’t have!! There was hardly any egg or sausage on it, it was alllll jalapeños and onions!!! And my fiancés burrito was messed up too!!
