Yes they are.

word on the street is that amoeba, having actually owned the building, sold it to some developers... part of the agreement was that they'd lease the building for five years. there are roughly two years left on that lease. after that, the store will move to a somewhat smaller space somewhere, the building will be torn down, & hollywood will continue to see more highrise buildings cropping up all over the place. so, like they all have already told you... yep, it's still on sunset... for now. ;-)
