Do you have civil complaint forms(law suit) templates that you can type onto??? Or can you make one up. I think i will also need subpoena form. Both for IRC.

Do a search for templates in Microsoft word, google docs and also do a Google Search for. Free subpoena templates I always down load on line forms I need hope that helps
