Eviction services 10 months ago and the advice given was very confusing and minimal help to us in filing. We paid about $600 for services and could of hired a lawyer for that. Total costs incurred $1000. We had to drive to Melbourne 50 miles round trip at least twice for paperwork signing or deliver to court etc. They didn’t offer email signing? A few times they were late to open up or get work done. It was explained they were still grieving the loss of husband or father over a year ago. I’m sorry but it’s time to move on because you never get over it. Some folks get 3-5 days for grieving. Unprofessional. Learned that if the Eviction process is ever necessary we will do it ourselves for half the price.

No it is a walk in service I found 930_1030 less crowded that being said I never waited more than 10 minuted
our fee is as little as $160.00 if there are no assets, debts or children to mention. Our fees go up from there according to your particular situation. Call us it does not cost anything to determine your particular costs. Also, there are always court fees in addition to our fees.
