Backyard breeders or puppy mills aren't able to supply you with AKC pedigree papers . That's what I got when I bought a Maltese puppy from puppies plus a year ago. Most beautiful healthiest dog I've had, the dog came with papers proving that it came from a breeder with paper showing the family history going back 16 Generations to me that's not a backyard breeder. I have the name of the breeder and did some research on them yes it is business but ran very well I'm very happy with my purchase. A lot of people say it's better to adopt I will agree, but if you're looking for a specific size or breed dog this is the place to go. and you get what you pay for.

Very rude employees. Went in there today. Cute little Doxie at the desk. My husband went to pet him and employee screamed at don't touch him. Ask why she stated he is only ten weeks old and he is my dog. This is a pet store it was a dog. If she is so worried why does she not leave her dog at home. Will never go into that pet store again. Very very rude. If it was her dog and she brought it to work she could bring disease into the store to affect the other dogs that are for sale. Believe me I will tell all of my friend and family.

My mom has purchased an American Eskimo puppy over 5 weeks ago and it has yet to be released to her due to positive Giardia test. She has already (overpaid) in full and was told it would be less than a month to be released. The only reason she purchased the puppy is because she was appalled at the conditions of this establishment. My mom is not the only person to get sucked into this, she met several other puppy- owners that were tricked into the same fate. Her puppy wasn’t even tested until after she purchased it, rather than testing it upon arrival and isolating it from getting other dogs sick. These puppies are NOT healthy suffering from giardia for so long and living in a 2’x2’ tiny cage. This place is a cruel establishment and at the end of the day the puppies are losing.

Kim helped me through the process of adding 2 fur babies into the Maysonet household!! She was fantastic, she truly went above and beyond to explain the purchase process and allowed me to spend the time I needed to get to know my new babies. What impressed me the most during my last visit was that by the time I had arrived, she was already clocked out but stayed an additional hour answering my questions and concerns. Kim should be given a reward for willingly volunteering her time this past Saturday to help me understand why I couldn’t take my babies home yet. I cant wait to bring Lola and Pepe home!!! Thank you Kim.
