No buffet, but they have a lot of great options anywhere between sushi to soup to Hibachi to great noodle and rice dishes. It's a little bit pricey for dinner but I totally recommend going for lunch.

There's ares with tables and menu items. Also two hibachi grill setups where they cook in front of you.
I don't think it's a buffet. But yes there are choices other than sushi. The food I had there was great.
There is a complete japanese steakhouse set up on one side of the restaurant, where they cook in front of you, complete with the showy knife and spatula work. It is not a buffet. And the sushi is good.
They do have other food and it's a fine in not a buffet
