Yes, since we only accept waste that is generated within our county, we only accept waste from residents and businesses within Kootenai County. Residents within Kootenai County may bring in up to 2,000lbs per load at no charge (not included tires and roofing materials).
Everytime I've used it I've never had my license looked at. It's based off what your dumping, or if your a business using their services.
