I'm your typical mess when it comes to shipping. I spent an hour and a half in line at the post office doing exactly what they asked, to find out the the post office can't ship my product. I ran over to the postal annex and Janna helped me figure out what the problem was. They are great at helping me package my items so they ship in the cheapest ways. The postal annex is quick enough that there is rarely a long line. If you need something shipped, go to postal annex.

I have used this location for some time & have been very happy w the service until today. Had an emergency & needed something fragile shipped. Not sure why but the gal working today 1/26/2021 at 11am was incredibly rude to me. I thought that maybe it was because I needed her to pack it in foam for me, but the receipt shows that I paid for it & I feel like that’s probably a pretty regular ask, so maybe she’s just having a bad day. No tracking number either. Such a bummer to be in a jam & be met with attitude like hers.

Shipped out a package and the lady at the desk was quick to assist me and was very helpful in providing rate comparisons between USPS, UPS, and FedEx and figuring out the best deal without any bias. Overall great customer service, definitely coming here again. Bonus there's Tootsie rolls!

Went in to ship a padded envelope via UPS and was told that it would be $21.00 to ship it ground. I told the gal that that was not right and there was no way it would cost that much! She insisted that that was the price and was not necessarily rude about it but definitely not helpful. I went to a UPS store down the road and sure enough it cost $10 to ship my envelope. So I guess the postal annex marks things up over 50%... glad I stuck with my instinct rather than just shipping it!!

Also, a private mailbox is a great way to keep your business customers and communications away from your home, providing safety for your family as well.
