I disagree with Don. Been using Harbor for years with no more issues than others stores. They have slways been there to assist me when needed ! You need to tslk to them. This said, will agree that some employees at Richland are not on par with most other locales. Try calling an out of town store
Sounds like a short from an overamped wire. Return what you purchased. Remember you get what you pay for.
On your T-bolt, H. F carries,like Wal-Mart or any large store,a wide variety of tools and therefore a wide variety of quality. If you purchase a tool anywhere, understand your needs and what you'll put that unit through. Buy the best you can afford and compare brands and other stores prices. Remember,you get what you pay for and you pay for what you get. Return your unit within a week or so of your purchase,ask about upgrading and they will help you. Your customer service is terrible! Waited for 1hr. tried another 1hr tried another waited 1 hr. never was able to ask a question regarding my problem!!
