Personally I would go somewhere else.... can't launch a boat due to seaweed and docks are in disrepair and covered in dog feces...the place is dirty and the people there are extremely mean and pick fights...
Yes they charge a monthly fee if they have any vacant spots.. the poo on the docks are not from dogs it's from geese and ducks I've never had a problem launching boats myself but that's just me.
Good place to fish I don't know about RV yes the dock needs repaired ño poop on dock but there are some lose boards have a good day
