Hi Michael, It's best for you to go in after you call the shop and speak with either the owner, manager, and/or appraiser. Then take your items in question at the time and date that they give you. Before going in, take photos of your items at ALL angles and keep them in a safe place along with (if any), receipts, documents, and appraisals.
