Prices are fair and food was decent. Had the oxtail soup around 1:30 pm Wednesday and it could have been softer. Maybe if I ate here for dinner, who knows. Pork chop rice plate was good.

I'm so glad I live very close to this place. Pho Kim Long is one of the best Pho restaurants in San Jose. You immediately realize how popular this place by looking at the heavy traffic during dinner time, even though this is one of the biggest Pho restaurants in San Jose. The line is always out the door at dinner time or during the weekend. I rarely ever eat the any of the other dishes here, mostly just come here for the Pho. On the rare occasion I do get something else apart from Pho, its not disappointing. The broth is always consistent, tastes just right, never too salty or like its full of MSG. The meat is also just perfect, very tender and never tastes stale or rubbery. The portions are generous providing a great value and the food comes out very fast...I'm talking fast food fast! My usual go to is the Large or Regular #1, very satisfying combo with a little bit of everything in it. Some of the other dishes I devoured: ~ 25. BÚN BÒ XÀO TÔM NƯỚNG. BBQ shrimp and fried beef with thin noodle - 4/5

It's a great place to have kind of meal that can warm you especially during this cold season. The Pho ia great with various of choices and in big size portion. Add more veg to make your soup more delicious.

Pretty good vietnamese dishes, with a paucity of vegetarian dishes. We had beef cold noodles {good flavors, but only OK beef}, vegetables chow mein {their only veg option, it was delicious}, and plum soda {highly recommended}. They have efficient waiters, and many of them. Our dishes took approx 20 minutes to come out, and we had to ask twice for our water and soda.
