I used to live here before and came back years later. It’s the nicest apartment complex in the area and the property is maintained every now and then. My one bedroom is Very spacious - the largest I’ve come about at this price point. You’re only a couple minutes walking distance from a park, the market, as well as on street parking for guests. Super close to the freeway as well as food and shopping center. Staff is friendly. If there’s an issue and you report it accordingly maintenance responds in a timely manner. Laundry on site and a pool. Dumpster isn’t a far walk at all. Really nothing at all to complain about. The area seems rough but honestly everyone minds their own business which is a huge plus.
