By any chance do you know what those day's are,and when you say someone with seniority you mean someone that also in the detox program but just been there for a while
Basically..if your not a veteran you can't do anything. Veterans can leave all day, can use the phone all they want for as long as they want...everyone else just has to sit there in dirty (detox sweats) and get talked to like a 5 yr old.
