Depends on where you're going. Bike service downtown is cheaper than overnight. We're competitive with all carriers for same-day delivery, but we don't do overnight.
All parcels have a bar code sticker applied when picked up, the parcel is then scanned on pickup and delivery. In between, all drivers are tracked using the GPS in his/her mobile devices by a dispatcher.
