Our box office hours are Tuesday through Sunday, noon-7pm. You may purchase in person or by calling 510-647-2949 during those hours, or 24/7 at berkeleyrep.org
Usually, with any theatre, it's whenever the box office is open. Check their hours. Any theatre I've ever dealt with lets you pick up weeks in advance. If you lose ticket though, it's on you.
