Yes, we can definitely exchange! Subscribers may exchange tickets for a different performance of the same show at no cost until 7pm the evening before their scheduled performance (7pm Sunday for Tuesday performances) either online or by calling the box office at 510 647–2949. Single tickets may be exchanged for a different performance of the same show for a $15 per-ticket fee (reasonable restrictions apply) until 7pm the day before your scheduled performance (7pm Sunday for Tuesday performances) by calling the box office at 510 647–2949.
