Green line to the blue is easy but fastest Uber or Lyft is just as cheap and much faster. Look for one of the T-ambassadors they're god at directions you'll find them near the turnstiles wearing red.
I've done both. In general, the only real way to go is Uber or Lyft. Mbta is a great public transit system, but not for getting to Logan.
