Pay attention to the cashier at check out, they might scam your item twice! The cashier scanned one item twice, I didn’t notice it, and when I returned home, I checked the receipt and found that they over charged me around $30! The staffs were not willing to help me find the items that I was looking for. Even after I showed them that the Home Depot APP said there were 8 items in stock. The first person asked me to find another person for help; the second person just told me that he couldn’t find it. He didn’t even try! Very bad experience at this store! Won’t come to this store again!

I go to this Home Depot because it is convenient, but I gotta say the customer service experience in ALL departments is horrendous. I went here today as I needed a new door for my condo, and when I asked for help as the size of our door is an odd size due to the age of our unit, the response I received was "nope". I then asked if they did custom doors, and the response I received was "yes." I had to ask how to go about doing that, and they said "online". No elaboration beyond those single words as he went back to scrolling on his phone. As I clearly realized I will need to go to a different location for a door, I decided to pick up some AC insulation. I asked customer service where I could find insulation and the women working at the front didn't know what I was talking about. They said "oh it's next to the ACs". It wasn't. I had to ask another person where it was, and he didn't even know what AC insulation was. Why even hire people to work there?? I ended up scouring the store and finding it in the door accessories section. Customer service and help at this store has been bad the last 3 times I've been here. Last time I ever go here for any kind of home improvement help.

Thank you to all the kind and pleasant workers who don't have a nasty attitude towards the customer for what ever reason they use to justify their behavior. Not my favorite HD. Parking lot often full of plants and trees. Service just ok. Discovered today they don't do propane refill. But otherwise it's local and good for quick things

I don't think there's someone that will actually build the frame. But the will show the materials and how to build it yourself.

Everyone is masked, there are hand sanitizer stations. The register's have plexiglass separation. And mask are available if you come in without one.

I am a little confused with your question. Are you trying to get rid of the rabbits that are infesting your gardens/property? Of so, go online or call an exterminator company about what to do. I don't know what the Irish Spring Soap will do to your gardens, the rabbits or how to use/apply it....sorry.

I don't know if Home Depot does. I know Best Buy does. When you go it. Yell the security guard at the door you have stuff to recycle. They will direct you to the recycle area
