Went for my first visit and they were very quick! Didn’t wait long to get in the room and the doctor came in quickly too! I definitely recommend this place!

7 years ago experience. Only edited it to correct misspelling. If I could give no stars I would. Through phone was told wrong time TWICE and when we came in, had to reschedule because appointment was an hour earlier. Today appointment was for 1pm, been here since 12:30pm and its 2pm right now and still have not been called in. I think we are going to another clinic. They have a unsatisfied family. Do not recommend. Then needed a referral. Just gave us a piece of paper saying the issue and that's it. No actual referral to anyone, not a list of people to contact. We're left clueless. Did nothing with the paper 7 years later... Didn't know who to contact and still suffering from the issue. I don't think I would like to waste copay and pay premiums, not going back.

The lack of patient care and attentiveness by this organization is embarassing. Every portion of their operation from reception to physician care is lazy and relies on the patient to hand-hold every step of the way. I sought an appointment with a doctor at this facility due to a minor injury requiring physical therapy and over a month later I have nothing to show for it except an inflated bill and a medical opinion less detailed and thought-out than google search results can offer. The office claimed to send a referral but failed to do so for two weeks despite multiple calls and messages from me. I had to physically show up at the office and ask for a paper copy to get said referral and even then they provided me with a printout of a cell phone picture of a referral. I struggle to understand how this office is in business and hope they soon aren't.

The Midwife I had for women's health was wonderful! I'm truly going to miss her after I REFUSE to go back to her because of her rude, inconsiderate, and frankly unintelligent and ill informed front desk staff who rudely snapped at me on the phone (after I had waited for a half hour to even get someone on the line) then hung up on me!? For real??? If that rude receptionist was fired, I might return. Otherwise no chance!!! They should be ashamed!
