I received a robo-call. Supposedly from Social security stating that an arrest warrant for (fraud) will be fourth coming. How and why did i receive this? It was a foreign .gentleman who ask the questions

SSA will never call you unless they are calling you back at your request. All of these calls are scams. Hang up on them.

Those calls become very frequent in order to scare you and you call them so they will collect all your personal information so they can scam on you be aware don't reply or call if you have not idea how to deal with them
